Limited Warranty
The M² Muslim Smart Watch (“Product”) is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user (“Warranty Period”). During this time, if a defect arises and a valid claim is received, the Company will, at its sole discretion:
(a) repair the Product using new or refurbished parts,
(b) replace the Product with a new or equivalent model, or
(c) refund the purchase price of the Product.

This warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the Product’s documentation and instructions.

1. Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, and strap deterioration.

4. Damage resulting from use of the Product outside its permitted or intended uses.
5. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
